The Greater Downtown Glendale Association’s Land Use Committee’s responsibilities include planning, zoning, parking, parking enforcement, traffic transportation, shuttles, review of new mixed use developments, FARs, Downtown Community Plan, review of new construction and its impact, street relationship, etc.
