Join us for a panel on Tech for Enterprise, featuring entrepreneur experts Jay Chang of Incubate USC and Kevin Yamazaki of Sidebench Studios.
In today’s rapidly evolving world, it’s increasingly difficult for enterprise companies to stay agile & create innovative market solutions. Disruptive technology is coming from startups like Tesla, Uber, and Snapchat who in the past few years have displaced traditional business models dominated by some of the largest enterprise companies for decades prior.
The typical RFP agency model of the past demands a slow moving enterprise that gathers internal product requirements and submits to agencies that respond with fixed budgets for a static delivery. Agile discovery and development processes allow corporations to be more nimble and execute more rapidly on opportunities to disrupt.
Innovative enterprise companies are growing their own internal incubation and acceleration departments, but often need an experienced product development partner. Internal Innovation Labs tend to produce incremental improvements to products and services, rather than large leaps and bounds possible by adopting an agile, innovative, “Start Up” mentality within your corporate structure.
