By all reports\, his page-turner had a very rough night\, but Beethoven sailed through beautifully. On-the-spot creativity paid off for Beethoven\, just as it could for you! \nJeffrey Kahane conducts the Piano Concerto from the keyboard\, emulating Beethoven at the premiere. The evening opens with delicate works by French Baroque composer Rameau. Paul Neubauer\, youngest-ever musician to be appointed to a principal chair of the New York Philharmonic\, performs a Concerto composed especially for him.
