DESCRIPTION:This presentation of the popular holiday classic THE NUTCRACKER marks The Red Chair Children’s Production Company’s ninth annual offering of the timeless Tchaikovsky ballet to Southern California residents. \nUnique among area Nutcracker productions\, The Red Chair’s energetic rendition features young performers\, ages 5 to 18\, in principal and supporting roles along with adults. Amidst lavish sets and glittering costumes\, a cast of over 100 will bring to life the enchanting storybook tale of a young girl’s magical Christmas Eve that takes her\, and the audience\, on a delightful and exciting journey. \nAbout The Red Chair Children’s Production Company\nFounded in 2005\, The Red Chair Children’s Production Company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Burbank. Its mission is to inspire\, motivate\, mentor and share the physical arts with students of all ages through extraordinary dance and performing arts experiences.
