DESCRIPTION:Anahit Nersisyan\, renowned High Soprano\, performs live in concert at the Alex Theatre. Anahit Nersisyan is of Armenian origin and is a well-known singer in the Armenian community in Los Angeles. She has participated in several international competitions and festivals\, including: VI International Johann Sebastian Bach Competition (1980\, First Prize and Golden Medal\, Germany)\, Barry Alexander International Vocal Competition (2009\, First Prize)\, and Vocal Competition After Glinka (1984\, First Prize). In 2010\, Ananhit Nersisyan performed in Carnegie Hall. Over the course of her career she has performed with 40 orchestras and sung 500 concerts.
