Alex Theatre

The Antaeus Theatre Company is comprised of a group of talented actors – many of whom you’ve seen in film, television, and on Broadway – who have delighted audiences with up-close encounters with some of the greatest plays ever written since 1991. Now Antaeus is bringing a series of staged theatrical readings to the Alex Theatre Forecourt in 2016, in anticipation of opening its new theatre in Glendale in the Fall of 2016.

The Glendale Youth Orchestra (GYO) is one of Los Angeles County’s lead youth orchestras. The GYO has played twice in recent years at the Walt Disney Concert Hall to great acclaim. In 2011, the GYO auditioned and was selected as a PREMIER LA Phil Youth Orchestra. GYO’s mission is based on the belief that our young people have a better chance of succeeding in their world if they appreciate and participate in its rich artistic and cultural traditions.
