The Open Arts & Music Festival is a FREE and all-ages festival which takes place on the city block in front of the historic Alex Theatre in Downtown Glendale. The Festival has an impressive lineup of live music on the mainstage, an arts market with free workshops, a beer garden with local craft breweries, temporary public art installations, and all-day activities for kids.
