Things are about to get loud at Downtown Central Library this summer with pop-up style performances at the outdoor plaza in front of Central Library on Harvard Street. 222 EAST performances are supported by the City of Glendale and the Glendale Arts & Culture Commission, with funding from the Urban Art Program.
