Free open house of the historic Alex Theatre.
See the ins and outs of the 88 year old venue before it closes for a 6400 square foot expansion.
Enjoy self guided tours, food from The Spot Gourmet, Eden Burger, Porto’s Bakery and more.
Take a look back of our last 20 years of programming as well as a look ahead to our upcoming Season.
At the conclusion of the event, the Alex’s iconic 100 foot neon spire will go dark and remain dark until the venue reopens in November.
The Alex Theatre Open House is free to the public thanks to the generous support of The Walt Disney Company. A suggested $20.00 donation to Glendale Arts / Alex Theatre is welcome.
