Joshua Roman, named a 2011 TED Fellow for his ongoing creative initiatives in classical music, has earned a national reputation for performing a wide range of repertoire with ‘virtuosic technique and quiet intensity.’ The Mason Bates Cello Concerto marks Roman’s LACO debut.
