The heroic Professor Challenger leads an expedition to the Amazon basin and discovers a plateau where prehistoric dinosaurs still survive. Ninety years ago, this popular silent film introduced the concept of “dinosaurs on the loose” and became the real forefather of all prehistoric fantasies, including the Jurassic Park trilogy.
